Thank you for a fine stay. This hotel is modern and fairly clean, has very friendly staff and magnificent location by the main train station. The rooms are well heated on the "first floor". Food options are good!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is absolutely spot on, with easy access to Termini station. The service from the staff was excellent, with helpful and pleasant staff members. The housekeeping was top-notch, with clean rooms and daily linen changes. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service for those who needed it. The room amenities provided enhanced comfort, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, such as a leisure/TV room and free Wi-Fi. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security added an additional layer of convenience and safety. we had a great experience here and would recommend it to friends.

I must say, the location of this hotel was fantastic. It was very close to the train station and within walking distance of major attractions. Another positive aspect was the helpful staff. They were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant. Plus, the air conditioning was a definite bonus, especially during the hot summer days.
There were several negative aspects of our stay. First, the hotel was in need of maintenance and a thorough cleaning.

I recently stayed at Champagne Palace for a few nights to explore the city. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from Roma-Termini, which made it convenient for my early morning departure. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels in the bathroom. I also appreciated being able to open the window for some fresh air at night. The staff at the reception was friendly and knowledgeable, and the daily maid service was a nice touch. The continental breakfast on the 7th floor with a view of Basilica of St Maria Maggiore was a great start to each day. excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
I strongly recommend this hotel.
